Partner AMRAP, 10 minutes

5 SDHP

6 burpees

7 line hops

P2: max distance row until partner is done

Skill

Sumo Deadlift High Pull (with KB). Cue kids to stand up fast and pull elbows as high as possible. Practice for 8-10 minutes.

Warm up

Fish game on rower. Let each kid play two rounds, if time allows.
