Warm-up
Air runners
Review running technique (upright torso, landing on balls of feet under hips).
Demonstrate sprinting technique, as well as slowing down/stopping technique.
Skill
Pull ups.
Review active shoulders, tight core, toes pointed, feet together in front of body.
Allow kids to attempt pullups 3-4 x each. Assist as needed.
