Warm-up (No Measure)

3 minute “Indian Run”

* Athletes run around the gym in single file line, person in the back runs up to the front and once they reach the beginning the new person the back start their run to the front. Continue running for 3 minutes.

Skill

handstand holds

Starting with very small donkey kicks, progress as skill levels dictate:

Donkey kicks-

Kick up, touch toes together-

Kick up, have coach assist to keep legs up, and athlete can hold handstand for 5 seconds

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6:00 Amrap

50ft Bear Crawl

5 Sit Ups

5 Push Ups

5 Air Squats
