I have been a member of this gym for a long time and it’s become a part of my life. It has a broad range of members and the community atmosphere is unmatched. The MVMT Lab has the most professional, friendly and helpful coaching staff. You can be a pro athlete or a normal working professional (like myself) and they treat everyone equal.

This gym is fantastic! The most warm, friendly, encouraging gym I’ve ever been to. The coaches are excellent (and fun!), and the members are dedicated but diverse in skill level. You don’t have to be a competitor to feel legit in here, but there ARE competitors in the mix, which keeps things inspiring. Keep it up, MVMT Lab!

Really great gym! I thought I’d just check this gym out for a week & over a year later I’m so glad I became a member. The programing is welcoming to mostly all levels. The coaches are kind & supportive. The members are all friendly. Overall a great gym to be apart of & a fun way to move your body & push your limits. Highly recommend!

This gym is amazing! The location is in a great spot and the building is perfect for working out. The workouts were very well programmed and really made you work hard for them. Additionally, all the coaches were very friendly, helpful and super forthcoming with any and all information requested. They worked with your lifts to ensure you were safely performing them while encouraging you to push hard during the workout. They were very knowledgeable about each workout component, including scaling options and tempo suggestions.

I love MVMT lab . I have been coming since Jan of 2023 and I have felt welcomed . After my second baby I wasn’t where I wanted to be and after talking to the coaches about my goals etc they worked with me to help achieve them . I started with PT and now I feel very confident in group classes . It is a community that accepts everyone and I enjoy it ! I love tracking my progress on the app and seeing how far I have come . Events my family is welcomed which was a big thing for me when looking for a place . I still work on things I’m not great at during PT and attend group classes 2x a week . They have worked with my schedule around kids etc so I can attend PT once a week . I would highly recommend!
