A. CONDITIONING

SANDBAG SQUAT AND HOLD (5 Rounds for weight)

5 sets performed every 3:00min

6 Sandbag Squats followed by :30 Sandbag Hold at Chest Height.

Build if need or knock out all the sets at the same weight.
